Inspected main panel and identified multiple code violations, including neutrals and grounds terminated under the same screws and conductors entering panels without proper connectors. Noted that multiple #10 conductors were double-lugged under a 2-pole 60A breaker and were feeding subpanels. These conductors were undersized for the connected load and posed a fire risk, as they could overheat before tripping the breaker. Replaced the 60A breakers with 2-pole 30A breakers to match the conductor capacity and ensure proper circuit protection. Corrected all raceways and Romex entries by installing appropriate connectors. Installed a ground bar in a subpanel that lacked proper bonding to bring it into compliance.
