''Inspected non-functional lighting in a shed fed by an existing service that supplies power to a small building, the shed, and a well. Upon arrival, lighting was not operational, although the breaker was not tripped. Opened the panel and cycled the lighting breaker, revealing a loose, arcing neutral connection. Panel was found to be improperly fed with 10/2 Romex, lacking an equipment ground and using a non-insulated neutral, which is not compliant with current code requirements. Tightened the neutral connection, restoring functionality to the lighting system.
